The Martian Death March
X Minus One was an early radio show that focused on Science Fiction stories. They purchased stories from authors who appeared in the pages of Galaxy Magazine and adapted them for the radio.
In-house script writer Ernest Kinoy, adapted stories and occasionally contributed stories of his own. After reading about a march by the American Indians who had escaped from their reservations in the 19th century, he wrote this tale in which Martians have been placed in reservations by the conquering Earth men.
This episode originally aired on September 8, 1955.
