Cobra, a famous space pirate with a psycho-gun hidden in his left arm, supposed dead for two years, is back in action. He falls for bounty huntress named Jane, whom a nefarious crime lord wants dead, and tries to help her save her world.

In the 29th century, Quicksilver leads the bionic-powered law-enforcment team called The SilverHawks in fighting crime in the Limbo Galaxy. The team is composed of the twins: Steelheart and Steelwill, the guitar-playing pilot: Country-singing Col. Bluegrass, and a mathematical genius youngster from the planet of the mimes who speaks in whistles and computerized tones: The Copper Kidd.
